I recently got a cell phone cover for my chocolate. i dropped it and the cover cracked so i super glued it. There is now a glob of dried supeer glue on the cover. I tried nail polish remover but it doesnt seem to work. I can’t soak it in anything, because the glue was not fully dry when i put it onto my phone so the cover is super glued onto the phone

Acetone should remove the glue rather readily if it is standard super glue (cyanoacrylate). The problem is that acetone dissolves plastic so you might end up ruining some of the internal components at the same time.
Let’s face it though, you should have left the glue to dry on the cover first …

yep, acetone works, try a product called “goof off”
