so my sidekick fell today and one of the pieces broke, and when it swirls it goes to the side. so i tried to put the piece back with super glue i got some one the screen, tired nail polish remover, made a bit of my screen white and the keyboard a bit white and the side, what should i do now? I don’t want to tell my parents 😀
but i dont want another sidekick because im getting a new phone july 7th, even though its far away i dont need another sidekick D:

Does it actually flip all the way up? If not the flip mechanism spring probably over rotated. It hapens mainly when it is dropped.
You can take off your flip screen assy and rotate the spring back around.
Check out directions here. See the section at the bottom that tells about how the screen should be reinstalled. A T6 torx driver is needed for the two screws or small flat tip screwdriver.
I would still tell your parents though. They probably would appreicate the honesty! =)
